‘With Me’ to vie at San Jose festival

Iranian director Azadeh Ghochagh’s short flick ‘With Me’ has been accepted into the Cinequest Film Festival in California.

According to a local media report, the short film ‘With Me’ will vie against other films in the competition section of the 28th edition of the American film festival in the city of San Jose.

The five-minute, black and white film has been selected out of over 1,750 film titles from 120 countries for the competition section of the festival.

The film tells the indecisive story of a girl who ran from her past.

The Cinequest Film Festival has screened over 130 World or US premieres from over 30 countries.

The 28th edition of the independent event will be held in San Jose, California, from February 27--March 11.
