Australian cities of Sydney and Melbourne have scheduled to host the Persian Art and Culture Expo in February and March 2017.
Saeed Mohammadzad-Akbari, director of the exhibition detailed the event during a press conference in Tehran on Saturday.
He noted that the event will offer several musical performances, standup shows and handicraft exhibitions.
Parts of the event are dedicated to Iranian music where tar virtuoso Hossein Alizadeh will hold concerts.
Celebrated traditional vocalist Shahram Nazeri and his son, Hafez, will give concerts at the expo along with their ensemble.
The other concerts will be performed by Chartar band and Iranian pop stars Reza Sadeqi, Moshen Yeganeh and Maziar Fallahi.
The organizers invited a group of Iranian actors, including Mehran Modiri and Mehran Ghafourian to perform standup comedies.
Mohammadzad-Akbari added that more than 100,000 Iranians are living across Australia.
The program has been organized by the Australia-Iran Friendship Association to be held from February 20 to March 12.
