Iran short 'It Rains Slowly' directed by Saeed Nejati is set to be screened at the 6th edition of Nepal Human Rights International Films Festival (NHRIFF) in Nepal.
‘It Rains Slowly’ is a joint production of the Qom Youth Cinema Society and the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality of Turkey.
The flick, which tells the story of some schoolmates in the 1980s who want to help their teacher, was among the films that went on the big screens of the 30th edition of Exground Film Festival in Germany.
The NHRIFF has been founded as a forum for advocating human rights via films. The festival is dedicated to the vulnerable communities who are historically backward in Nepal.
The 6th edition of NHRIFF is to run on March 7-10, 2018.
