The veteran actor of stage and screen Ramez died of natural causes in Tehran on December 28, 2017.

Ramez learned about theater due to his acquaintance with actors such as Ezzatollah Entezami. The thespian went on to study at College of Fine Arts, University of Tehran and continued his studies in Belgium. Ali Ramez appeared in series such as ‘Amir Kabir’ and ‘One of These Days’.

Aref Lorestani

Iran comedy actor Aref Lorestani notable for his parts in Mehran Modiri’s works over the past two decades died of heart failure April 15, 2017. He was 46.

Mohammad Poursattar

‘Saint Mary’ and 'The Men of Angelos' actor Mohammad Poursattar died November 16 at the age of 78.

Born as Mohammad Ghasem Poursattar in Iranian city of Ardabil, Poursattar appeared in movies such as ‘Passengers’ and ‘Turtle’.

Levon Haftvan

Iranian actor Levon Haftvan starring in notable flick 'Kupal' passed away after suffering a heart attack.

Pushing 52, Iranian-Armenian thespian died March 10, 2018 following the incident which occurred on the set of a new production he was shooting.
