Iranian award-winning animation ‘Alphabet’ has been scheduled to be screened at the 2018 edition of the Hyart Film Festival in the US.
Directed by Kianoush Abedi, the animation will compete at the 8th edition of the US event.
The 6-minute animated piece depicts a nation that has forgotten the alphabet of living. They cannot see, cannot hear, and cannot speak, but the words are waiting for them eagerly.
The Hyart Film Festival is named after the historic Hyart Theatre in Lovell, Wyoming.
Launched in 1953, the Hyart is a grand movie palace, featuring one of the largest screens in west of the Mississippi.
The 2018 edition of the event has been set to be held from June 21 to 23 in Lovell, Wyoming, the US.
