iFilm English TV to air ‘Track 143’

iFilm English TV’s movie ‘Track 143’ has been scheduled to go on air on July 4, 2026.

The movie, produced by Mohammad-Hossein Qassemi and Abouzar Pourmohammadi and directed by Narges Abyar, reviews the story of a young man who has been dispatched to the frontlines during Iraq-Iran war.

His mother, living a bitter life in his absence, is looking forward to getting any information about him.

She does not even know if her son has been captured by the enemy or killed until some of the prisoners of war return to Iran.

The most notable on the cast list are Merila Zarei, Mohammad-Javad Ezzati, Mehran Ahmadi, Gelareh Abbasi, Yadollah Shademani, Saman Saffari, Zahra Moradi, and Mahya Dehqani.

The movie was nominated in seven categories at the 32nd edition of the Fajr Film Festival in Iran, where Zarei won the award for the best actress, and the movie received the audience choice award.

‘Track 143’, made in 2013, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.
