In the ninth episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘Years of Snow and Violet’, Pouran comes to warn Forough about an imminent danger.

An imminent danger threatens Forough’s life and Pouran tells her to leave the town.

While everything looks normal and both young ladies have feelings for Mr. Ali Fallah, why should Pouran show this grand gesture and help Forough?

Produced by Esmaeel Afifeh and directed by Saeed Soltani, each episode of the series is aired daily at 22:00 GMT and repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00, and 16:00.

The 20-episode drama delves deep into Ali’s returns to Tehran after spending years abroad, studying agriculture; however he doesn’t want to stay.

He has fond memories of the childhood he spent in his family garden in a nearby village, and he wants to move back there to rejuvenate it.

He also has grand plans of establishing an agricultural institute in the village, but things don't go as smoothly as he had hoped.

He gets himself into trouble as soon as he gets there when he tries to stop a fight, ending up beating one of the henchmen of a local landlord they call the General who controls the police and runs the village as if it were his own.
