Lachini, Azita (born 1937, Tehran)

Lachini began narrating and voice acting in radio in 1958 and began her acting career on stage three years later.

She made her cinematic debut in 1962 with the movie ‘A Visitor from Heaven’, directed by Nosratollah Vahdat.

Some of the movies in which she has appeared are ‘Little Bird of Happiness’ (1987), ‘Doll Thief’ (1989), ‘Ethereal’ (2001) and ‘The Foreign Doll’ (2005).

Lachini also acted in television series, including ‘Autumn in the Desert’ (1986), ‘The Patriarch’ (1994) and ‘Setayesh’ (2001).
