The 25-episode drama narrates a story of a young Iranian girl in the 1940s who returns home after studying in Europe for several years and goes through an identity crisis upon experiencing numerous conflicts within the society she no longer recognizes.

As the country is moving through a critical point in its history, she struggles to adapt and make the right calls both in her career and her complicated personal life.
