iFilm English TV to start airing ‘The Recluse’

The Iranian series ‘The Recluse’ has been set to go on iFilm English TV Channel’s schedule from Tuesday.

Airing of the series, produced by Seyyed Mahmoud Razavi and directed by Behrouz Shoeibi, is to be started on February 24, 2026.

In ‘The Recluse’, Narges Badran passes away after suffering an illness.

Her relatives do not let Hoda, her daughter who lives abroad, get informed about the demise.

Hoda arrives in Iran when everybody is getting ready for the funeral of her mother and asks the relatives to take her to the tomb of Narges.

Among the cast list are Shiva Ebrahimi, Farhad Ayeesh, Vishka Asayesh, Atila Pesyani, Mehran Rajabi, Babak Hamidian, Hamed Komeili, Mahmoud Pakniyyat, Houman Barqnavard, Ali Dehkordi, Sara Bahrami, Mohsen Kiaee, Saeed Nikpour, Habib Dehqan-Nasab, and Nahid Moslemi.

‘The Recluse’, produced in 2014 is to replace the series ‘Unannounced’ to be broadcast at 21:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 02:00, 06:00 and 13:00. ‘The Recluse’ is comprised of 31 segments.
