This is the story of an Iranian family, the Daneshvar, during the Pahlavi reign. Amir-Hossein, the son of the family, is serving his military service in Ajabshir when he gets informed that his sister is murdered. Returning to Tehran, he makes every attempt to find clues on the murder. The story of the Daneshvar family is mingled with some pre-revolution historical events in Iran.
