iFilm to wave goodbye for ‘Setayesh 2’

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode of ‘Setayesh 2’ series on Saturday night.

The final episode for the series, produced by Arman Zarrinkoub and directed by Saeed Soltani, will be aired on January 15, 2022.

In the series, you saw Taher, a veteran from Iraqi imposed war on Iran, who found himself in love with Setayesh, his friend’s sister.

The two got married but then Taher died in a car crash and Setayesh decided to bring up her kids as her deceased husband wanted.

She had to go into hiding; otherwise, her father-in-law would separate her from her two kids.

The second season shows Setayesh and her two kids after 22 years, while a lot has changed in their lives.

Notable on the cast list are Daryoush Arjmand, Narges Mohammadi, Fariba Naderi, Mehdi Solouki, Hadis Miramini, Sima Tirandaz, Amir-Mohammad Zand, Ramsin Kebriti, Qorban Najafi, Saeed Pirdoust, Atash Taqipour, Saqi Zinati, Safa Aqajani, the late Kazem Afrandnia, and Hamid-Reza Hedayati.

The second season of ‘Setayesh’, produced in 2013, will be replaced by the third season on Sunday night.
