Iran’s ‘Snowy Heart’ wins at KIDS FIRST!

Iranian short flick ‘Snowy Heart’ has garnered the third award of Foreign Short category at the 2022 edition of the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival in the US.

Written and directed by Alireza Biglari, a synopsis of the short title reads, “When a child saves the frozen world with love, love can save the world”.

Produced by Neda Biglari, the only actress in the short film is Dina Norouzi.

‘Snowy Heart’ has previously participated in more than 20 international events, including the Alter do Chao Film Festival in Brazil, the Environmental Short Film Festival in Turkey, and the Māoriland Film Festival in New Zealand.

The KIDS FIRST! Film Festival hosts international films for children and attempts to support independent and youth producers.

The 2022 edition of the festival was held in March.
