ifilm English TV to air new movie ‘Restitution’

ifilm’s new movie, ‘Restitution’, has been scheduled to go on air on February 18, 2017.

The movie, produced by Mohsen Ali-Akbari and directed by Ali Ghaffari, reviews a part of Iranian history in 1953.

Following World War Two, the Soviet Union has agreed to give eleven and a half tons of gold to Iran as restitution for the war. Colonel Takin is given the assignment of going to Moscow, taking possession of the gold, and bringing it back to Tehran.

He has to be extremely careful, since that much gold could tempt just about anyone, but the plot to steal the gold and those behind it is something that Takin couldn’t have ever imagined.

The movie cast list includes Behnam Tashakkor, Hamid Farrokhnejad, Aliram Nouraee, Farhad Qaemian, Saleh Mirza-Aqaei, Shirin Yazdanbakhsh, Alesa Kacher, and Alexander Navanov.

‘Restitution’, made in 2012, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT (03:30 Tehran time).

ifilm English also repeats the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 (all GMT times).
