iFilm to air finale for ‘Passion to Fly’

iFilm English TV Channel has been set to broadcast the final episode of ‘Passion to Fly’ on Monday.

The 24th episode of the series, produced by Javad Norouzbeigi and directed by Yadollah Samadi, will be aired at 21:00 GMT. It will be repeated the next day at 02:00, 06:00 and 13:00.

The series chronicles the martyrdom of Iran’s war hero Abbas Babaee. The heroic sacrifices of the legendry martyr will never fade in Iranian nation's collective memory. This series pictures the life of fighter pilot Babaee from childhood to the day of his martyrdom.

Shahab Hosseini, Elham Hamidi, Shahram Haqiqatdoust, Afsaneh Bayegan, Akram Mohammadi, Fakhreddin Seddiq-Sharif, Hassan Joharchi, and Setareh Eskandari are on the cast list.

The cast list also includes Kourosh Tahami, Mina Jafarzadeh, Abbas Amiri-Moqaddam, Mehran Rajabi, Abdorreza Akbari, Zohreh Hamidi, Mohsen Afshani, Pourandokht Mohaymen, Farhad Qaemian, Mehrdad Ziaee, and Mehdi Faqih.

‘Passion to Fly’ will be replaced by ‘A Cage to Fly’, written by Ahmad Kavari and Rouhollah Seddiqi and directed by Yousef Seyyed-Mahdavi.
